Porter, P.C.J.
: This is a very sad sentencing for a court to undertake. It involves sentencing a person who has been a victim all his life and suddenly overnight turned very aggressive and became an offender. He must now pay the price for that behaviour although I am sure he must wonder what price others have paid for the things done to him in the past.
