They have two children, a daughter, Kelsey, age 12, and a son, Spencer, age 9, who are in grades 7 and 4 respectively. Both parties have a close bond with the children and in this divorce action have agreed to an order for joint custody and joint guardianship of the children with primary residence to the wife.
