TOA Builder Beta – Terms and Conditions

This document outlines the terms for using our new software tool, TOA Builder. Please read it carefully.

1. Understanding This Beta Test of TOA Builder (Beta Product)

1.1. What This Is: You’re getting access to our new software tool, which we’re calling the “TOA Builder” (Beta Product). This is an early, experimental version. We’re offering it to you for testing and feedback so we can improve it. Because it’s still in development, it might have bugs or not function perfectly, and features could change as we work on it. We will notify you ahead of time if any changes to the Beta Product will occur that would change the use of the Beta Product

1.2. Not for Official Court Documents: This is crucial: Do not use this Beta Product to create or assist with any legal documents, filings, motions, agreements, or other materials intended for submission to courts, arbitral tribunals, government agencies, or any official body. Any content or output from this Beta Product is for experimental and informational purposes only. It is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any legal purpose requiring formal submission.  As a way to help, we have sample documents to use for testing.  

1.3. For Internal Testing Only: Your use of this Beta Product is strictly limited to internal evaluation within your law firm. Please do not use it for commercial purposes or in connection with active legal cases where its output could directly impact a client’s legal rights or obligations.

1.4. It’s Your Responsibility to Verify the Accuracy of Citations: As legal professionals, you are solely responsible for independently verifying the accuracy, completeness, and suitability of any information or documents generated by or from this Beta Product. Your professional judgment and diligence are essential, and you should not rely solely on the Beta Product for document preparation or decision-making.

1.5. “As Is” Basis; No Warranties: The Beta Product is provided “as is” and “as available,” with all its potential faults. We make no warranties, express or implied, about its functionality, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Your use of the Beta Product is at your own risk.  The output of this testing period will to provide you with a better product in the near future.

1.6. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jurisage Group Inc. will not be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, arising from your use or inability to use the Beta Product, even if we’ve been advised that such damages could occur.
